Our take on the Rirool 1/18 4WD High-Speed Remote Control Monster Truck

The Rirool is a 1/18-scale electric monster truck with four-wheel drive and a green body, sold ready to run with batteries included. Its small size and low price make it a starter RC for kids and casual backyard driving rather than a hobby-grade basher. At $31.98 on eBay as of November 4, 2026, it sits at the low end of what 1/18 4WD trucks cost, with only two stores listing it new.

Questions and answers

Is the Rirool 1/18 monster truck worth it?
At $31.98 on eBay as of November 4, 2026, it is a cheap way to try 4WD RC driving. Expect toy-grade speed and durability, not hobby-grade performance.
Does it come with a battery?
Yes. The listing states batteries are included, so it should run out of the box. Check whether the remote's batteries are also included before buying.
How fast is a 1/18 RC truck like this?
The listing gives no top speed. Trucks this size and price typically run well under 20 mph, which suits yards and driveways.
Can it drive on grass?
Short, dry grass is fine for a 4WD 1/18 truck. Tall or wet grass will bog it down because of the small wheels and low ground clearance.
