Is the Safavieh Cipriana floor lamp worth it?

It suits shoppers who want a large, contemporary drum-shade lamp for ambient light. If you need a dimmable or bright reading lamp, look elsewhere.

What bulb does it take?

It uses one E26-base A19 LED bulb, rated up to 9 watts. The bulb is not included, so buy one separately.

Can I adjust the height?

Yes, the lamp is adjustable and spans roughly 50 to 72 inches. Set it before placing it in the corner.

Does it have a dimmer?

No. Brightness depends on the bulb you install, so choose a dimmable bulb only if you add a smart or inline dimmer.

How big is the shade?

The drum shade is 23 inches wide and 23 inches deep, so allow clearance around it. The lamp weighs 15.8 lb.

Safavieh lighting often drops during seasonal home sales. Check the price history here and buy when the current price sits near the low end of its range.

Our take on the Safavieh Cipriana Floor Lamp

The Safavieh Cipriana is a contemporary indoor floor lamp with a nickel-finished frame and a large 23-inch drum shade. It stands about 50 to 72 inches tall, uses a single E26 LED bulb up to 9 watts, and has an adjustable height. It is a statement ambient piece for a living room or bedroom corner rather than a task light. No current price was provided, so check the price history before buying.
