Is the Galaxy Ring worth it at $150?

At $150 it is far below its launch price, so it is a reasonable buy if you have a Samsung Galaxy phone and want sleep tracking without a watch. Check that the listing is a refurbished unit and confirm the size before buying.

Does the Galaxy Ring work with an iPhone?

Only partially. Core tracking works through the Samsung Health app, but several features, including some Galaxy AI health insights, require a Samsung Galaxy phone.

How long does the battery last?

Samsung rates it for up to about seven days, and most owners get closer to four to six days with continuous heart rate and sleep tracking. The charging case tops it up between charges.

How do I pick the right size?

Samsung sells a sizing kit because the ring fits like jewelry and should sit snug on the index or middle finger. Order the kit, wear the sample sizes for a day, then buy that size.

A new Galaxy Ring ships with the ring and a charging case with cable. Confirm what a refurbished listing includes, since accessories can vary by seller.

Smart rings see the deepest discounts around Black Friday and Samsung's own sales events. This $150 eBay price as of November 5, 2026 is already near the low end of its recent range.

Our take on the Samsung Galaxy Ring

The Galaxy Ring is Samsung's titanium smart ring for sleep, heart rate and activity tracking, worn on the finger instead of the wrist. It weighs about 3 g, is 2.6 mm thick and water-resistant, and pairs with Samsung Galaxy phones for its full feature set. The best new price is $150 at eBay as of November 5, 2026, well below what it launched at, so this is a steep discount for a current-generation tracker.
