Is the Greer good for side sleepers?

Yes. The plush tight top cushions the shoulder and hip, which suits side sleepers. Heavier side sleepers may want a firmer model.

Does it work with an adjustable base?

Yes. Sealy lists it as compatible with adjustable bed frames and bases. A foundation is not included, so budget for one.

How does it compare with the Posturepedic Hybrid?

The Greer is a traditional innerspring with foam layers; the hybrid adds a thicker foam or gel layer over coils. The hybrid is plusher and isolates motion better, while the Greer feels more like a classic spring mattress.

What sizes are available?

Listings show King (76 in wide) and Split CA King (83 in long). Check the exact size before ordering, since Split CA King is not a standard size.

How should I clean it?

Spot clean only. Use a mattress protector and mild detergent on stains; do not soak the cover.

Our take on the Sealy Posturepedic Greer 13" Tight Top Mattress

The Sealy Posturepedic Greer is a tight-top innerspring mattress with a plush feel, built on Sealy's premium coil system with conforming foam layers and an antibacterial-treated cover. It comes in King and Split CA King sizes and works with adjustable bases, though no foundation is included. It suits sleepers who want a soft, springy bed rather than a dense memory-foam hug. Pricing varies by size and retailer, so compare the current best price against its recent range before buying.
