Is the box spring included?

Yes. This listing is a set, so the box spring ships with the mattress. Confirm the foundation height if you have a deep bed frame.

Does it work with an adjustable base?

Sealy lists an adjustable bed style for this set, so it is intended to flex on an adjustable base. Check the base's weight limit and whether the box spring is needed on it.

What sizes are available?

Twin, Twin XL, Full, Queen, King and California King. Twin XL suits dorm and adjustable-base setups.

How does it compare with an all-foam mattress?

The coils give a bouncier, more responsive feel and better airflow than most foam beds. All-foam models usually isolate motion better.

How long should it last?

Innerspring sets of this type typically last seven to ten years. Rotating the mattress regularly helps limit body impressions.

Mattress sets usually drop during holiday sales and end-of-season clearance. Compare the current price against its recent range before buying.

Our take on the Sealy Posturepedic Queen Mattress and Box Spring Set

The Sealy Posturepedic Queen Mattress and Box Spring Set is an innerspring mattress with a gel memory foam layer and a Eurotop, sold with a matching box spring. It comes in six sizes and works with adjustable bed bases. Sealy's Posturepedic line is a long-running mid-tier name, so shoppers mostly compare it on coil count, edge support and price rather than novelty.
