Who fits the SERAY 24-inch cruiser?

SERAY lists a rider height range of 4'8" to 5'6". Taller riders will feel cramped and should look at a 26-inch cruiser instead.

Is 24-inch too small for an adult?

It is fine for riders under about 5'6". The smaller wheels lower standover height and make the bike easier to handle, but they roll slower than 26-inch wheels on long rides.

Does it come assembled?

No. Assembly is required, typically front wheel, handlebar, seat and pedals. A local shop build is worth it if you are not comfortable adjusting brakes and derailleurs.

Are the fenders and rack included?

Yes, a rear rack and fenders are listed as included accessories. Check the box contents on arrival, since cruiser accessories are sometimes sold separately.

Is it good for hills?

The seven-speed drivetrain helps on gentle grades, but the bike weighs about 35 lb and has U-brakes. It suits flat paths and town riding more than steep or long climbs.

What is the weight limit?

SERAY rates the maximum load at 220 lb, including the rider and anything on the rack. That is lower than many adult bikes, so keep cargo light.

Our take on the SERAY 24 inch Cruiser Bike for Adults

The SERAY 24-inch Cruiser Bike is an aluminum-framed adult cruiser with 24-inch wheels, seven speeds, U-brakes, fenders and a rear rack. Its smaller wheels and 4'8" to 5'6" height range suit shorter riders who find a full 26-inch cruiser unwieldy. At about 35 lb with a 220 lb max load, it is a light-duty town and path bike rather than a load hauler.
