Is the Sertapedic Elkridge worth it?

At $239.99 for a queen, it is a reasonable pick for a guest room or a first apartment. Do not expect the durability of a mid-range Serta.

How does it compare with a memory foam mattress?

It feels bouncier and sleeps cooler than foam, but it transfers more motion and offers less pressure relief.

Does it need a box spring?

An innerspring mattress like this works on a box spring or a slatted frame. A solid platform base also supports it.

Is it good for side sleepers?

The Euro top softens the surface, but the spring core is fairly firm. Side sleepers may want a mattress topper for shoulder and hip pressure.

When is the best time to buy?

The price has stayed at $239.99 since November 1, 2026. Watch for holiday mattress sales, when Serta value lines usually drop further.
