Is this set worth it for a young kid?

For a first remote control toy, a two-car set is a reasonable pick because two kids can play together. Check the box for battery requirements, since they are not listed here.

What batteries does it need?

The listing does not state the battery type or whether batteries are included. Confirm this on the box or with the store before buying.

How fast does it go and what is the range?

Sharper Image does not publish speed or range for this set in the listing. Expect toy-grade speeds suited to indoor and driveway play.

The set is described as two remote control cars. It is not clear whether two controllers are included, so check the package contents.

When is the price lowest?

Toy RC sets usually drop during holiday sales and back-to-school promotions. No price history is available for this item yet.
