Our take on the Shower Filter - Water Offer Black

This is a three-stage inline shower filter that screws between the pipe and the shower head. It claims to remove up to 99% of chlorine, heavy metals and other contaminants, and to cut limescale buildup, with NSF water filtration standards cited. It fits most showers, includes a replaceable cartridge and a wrench, and offers three spray settings with an adjustable angle. The best new price is $39.00 at Qure Skincare as of November 6, 2026; only one store lists it new, so there is no meaningful recent price range to compare against.

Questions and answers

How often do I replace the filter cartridge?
About every 3 months, per the maker. Heavily chlorinated or hard water may shorten that.
Will it fit my shower head?
It is listed as compatible with 99% of showers and installs between the pipe and the head. Check your pipe thread type before buying.
Does it really remove 99% of chlorine?
That is the manufacturer's claim for its three-stage cartridge. No independent lab results are provided with the listing.
Does it help with hard water?
It is designed to reduce limescale buildup, which helps in hard-water areas. It is not a water softener and won't remove all minerals.
What's in the box?
A replaceable filter cartridge and a universal shower head wrench. The shower head itself is not included.
Is $39.00 a good price?
Only one store lists it new at $39.00 as of November 6, 2026, so there is no recent range to compare. Factor in cartridge replacements when judging value.
