Questions and answers

Is this PC worth $689.99?
At $689.99 it is a fair entry price for a 1080p starter build, but the RX 6500 XT limits it to esports and older games. Compare against similarly priced builds with a stronger GPU before buying.
Can it run modern AAA games?
It runs many current titles at 1080p low to medium settings, but the 4GB RX 6500 XT will struggle with the newest games at high settings. Esports titles like Valorant and CS2 run well.
Is the RX 6500 XT good enough for 1080p?
Yes for 1080p at medium settings in most games from before roughly 2022. Its 4GB of VRAM and narrow PCIe link hold it back in newer, heavier titles.
What comes in the box?
Expect the desktop itself, a power cable and Windows preinstalled. A monitor, keyboard and mouse are usually not included, so confirm with the listing.
Can I upgrade the RAM or storage later?
Likely yes, since it uses standard DDR4 and an NVMe SSD, but check the motherboard's free slots and the power supply's headroom first. The listing does not specify them.
When is it cheapest?
Only one new price, $689.99 at Newegg.com as of November 4, 2026, was found, so there is no recent range to judge a low point. Watch for holiday sales on prebuilts.
Where is the SKYESEV Gaming PC AMD Ryzen 5 4500 RX 6500 XT 16GB DDR4 512GB NVMe SSD cheapest?
At Newegg.com, for $689.99, as of our latest check.
