Questions and answers

Is the Sleepy's Basic Foam Mattress 6 worth it?
For a firm, low-cost full mattress for a guest room or a back sleeper, yes. Side sleepers and anyone wanting cushioning should look at a softer model.
Is it good for side sleepers?
Usually not. The firm foam does not give at the shoulder and hip, which can cause pressure points for side sleepers.
What size is it?
It is a full mattress, 54 inches wide by 75 inches long. Check your frame or bed base fits that length.
How firm is it?
It is rated firm. Expect a hard, supportive surface with little sink-in.
Does it need a box spring?
No box spring is required. A slatted frame or flat foundation works, and a solid base helps the foam last.
When is it cheapest?
Its only recorded daily price is $199.99, seen on October 31, 2026. Watch for holiday sales if you can wait.
Is the Sleepy's Full Basic Foam Mattress 6 at its lowest price?
The lowest price we've seen is $199.99 at Mattress Firm on October 31.
What do buyers say about the Sleepy's Full Basic Foam Mattress 6?
Rated 3 out of 5 from 427 ratings.
