Does it work for dips as well as pull-ups?

Yes. It has an integrated dip station with seven backrest positions, so you can set the pad for dips, knee raises and ab work.

What do the resistance bands add?

The bands run from 22 to 88 lbs. Use them under your knees to assist pull-ups, or add them for extra resistance on dips and push movements.

How much space does it need?

When is the price lowest?

The current $139.99 at eBay as of November 4, 2026 is the only new price tracked. Home gym gear tends to dip around Black Friday and January sales, so watch those windows.
