Is the Stamina Power Tower worth it?

It makes sense if you want pull-ups, dips and core work in one freestanding frame and have the floor space. At $346.99 at Amazon as of November 4, 2026, it costs more than basic towers, so the steel build and outdoor rating are what you pay for.

How much space does it need?

Plan for about 49 inches long by 50 inches wide, with 81 inches of height. Leave clearance around it for pull-ups and dips.

Can it stay outdoors?

Stamina says the frame is designed to withstand outdoor elements and uses stainless steel hardware. The chip- and corrosion-resistant finish helps, but bringing it in during harsh weather is still safer.

Does it work with the müüv app?

Yes. The tower supports the müüv smart audio coaching app, which guides workouts by voice. The app is separate from the frame itself.

You get the power tower frame and the tools needed for assembly. Assembly is required.
