How does a push-back recliner work?

You lean back and push against the backrest with your body weight to recline, and lean forward to return upright. There is no lever, handle or motor.

Does it need to be plugged in?

No. It is fully manual, so it can go anywhere in the room without an outlet nearby.

What is the weight capacity?

The manufactured wood frame is rated for 300 lb.

Is chenille good for a recliner?

Chenille is soft and warm, but it can pill and flatten where you sit and rest your legs. Vacuum it regularly and rotate seating positions.

Is $792.95 a good price?

Only one store, Lowe's, lists it new at $792.95 as of November 6, 2026, so there is no lower recent price to compare. Check comparable chenille recliners before buying.

The chair ships unassembled. Expect the back, seat base, legs and hardware; assembly usually means attaching the back and legs.
