The Ford F-150 Ranger XLT was originally released as a 1/10 R/C kit in 1981. The 1980 Ford F-150 Ranger was released as the first model of the seventh-generation model of the F series, and it featured angular design cues and robust ladder frame. The truck prioritized both lightweight and durable design. The Ranger grade is positioned as the advanced specification and has extensive outside features such as 2-tone paint and chrome trim. As an option to the truck, Free Wheeling Package added unique characteristics such as stripes and special color scheme. The re-release inherits the existing body of the original, but features newly molded side mirrors, wipers, headlights (separately sold LED lights can be attached.), front section including front grille and bumper guards, plus front stealth body mount (eliminated front body mount holes) for a more realistic look. Features: 1/10 scale R/C model assembly kit. Length: 430mm, width: 215mm, height: 185mm. Wheelbase: 250mm. Weight: 1,880g. Based upon the existing body, the kit features newly molded side mirrors, wipers, headlights (separately sold LED lights can be attached.), front section including front grille and bumper guards. Required to complete: 2-channel radio, steering servo, 7.2-7.4volt battery with compatible charger and Tamiya TS paints.
