Our take on the TCL Q3CR Series 1080p FHD QLED Smart TV with Roku

The TCL Q3CR is a 40-inch 1080p smart TV that pairs a QLED panel with the Roku streaming platform. It is a small, budget set aimed at bedrooms, kitchens and secondary rooms rather than a main living-room TV. At $149.99 at Best Buy as of November 7, 2026, it sits at the low end of what a 40-inch smart TV costs. The 60 Hz refresh rate and 1080p resolution are basic, so it suits casual viewing more than gaming or sports.
