Our take on the Theodore Alexander Beauty of Leaves Italian Gold Rub and Ramsey Mahogany Accent Console Table

The Theodore Alexander Beauty of Leaves console is a half-circle accent table in a hand-finished Italian gold rub over Ramsey mahogany, with one drawer. It measures 30 inches wide, 15 inches deep and 34 inches high, and weighs about 33 lb. It is a decorative, traditional piece rather than a workhorse table. At $2,859 at Coleman Furniture as of November 3, 2026, it sits at the top of its own price band: only one store lists it new, so there is no discount to compare against.

Questions and answers

Is the Theodore Alexander Beauty of Leaves console worth $2,859?
You are paying for the hand-applied Italian gold rub finish and the Theodore Alexander name, not for storage or utility. At $2,859 from Coleman Furniture as of November 3, 2026, it is a decor purchase. Compare it with other luxury accent consoles before committing.
How big is it, and will it fit a hallway?
It is 30 inches wide, 15 inches deep and 34 inches high, and the half-circle shape keeps the front edge close to the wall. That makes it a good fit for narrow entryways and alcoves. Check that 34 inches of height works with your mirror or art.
What is the drawer like?
There is one drawer, sized to the 30-inch width of the table. It suits keys, mail or small accessories. It is not meant for bulky storage.
What finish does it have?
The top and body are Ramsey mahogany with an Italian gold rub finish, giving a brown and gold traditional look. Hand-finishing means the tone can vary slightly between pieces.
Does it come assembled?
The listing does not spell out assembly. Accent consoles of this size usually need legs or a base attached. Confirm with the store before ordering.
When is it cheapest?
Only one store lists it new, at $2,859 as of November 3, 2026, so there is no competing price to wait for. Watch for store-wide promotions at Coleman Furniture rather than product markdowns.
