Questions and answers

Is Tonal worth $3,485?
If you train at home several times a week and lack space for a rack, the guided strength work and 5–250 lb digital resistance justify it. Casual lifters will find a rack and dumbbells cheaper.
How much space and ceiling height does it need?
Plan a 7' x 7' workout area and 7'10'' ceilings. The unit itself is 50.9'' tall, 21.5'' wide and 5.25'' deep, and it mounts to the wall.
Does it include delivery and installation?
Yes. This listing bundles delivery and professional install, which handles wall mounting and setup.
How much weight can it provide?
Resistance runs from 5 to 250 lbs per arm digitally. That covers most cable and functional work but not heavy barbell lifts.
Do I need a subscription?
A membership unlocks the guided classes, programs and adaptive weight features. Without it, the hardware's smart features are limited.
When is the best time to buy?
Tonal rarely discounts the hardware; bundles and financing offers around holidays are the usual savings. The current best new price is $3,485 at Best Buy as of November 5, 2026.
Where is the Tonal Intelligent Home Gym with Accessories, Delivery and Install cheapest?
