Is $14.99 a good price?

Yes for a genuine Toshiba adapter. It is the only new price listed as of November 4, 2026, at Amazon, so there is no cheaper new option to compare against.

What comes in the box?

The adapter and its power cord. Nothing else is included.

Can I use it in Europe or Asia?

Yes. It accepts 100-240V at 50/60 Hz, so it works on most overseas outlets with a plug adapter.
