Is the Vitamix Drink Machine worth it for a small café?

Yes, if your menu is mostly smoothies, frappés and frozen drinks. The two-speed setup and pulse cover those jobs, and the motor is rated for dense blends. Skip it if you need programmable presets or variable speed.

How is it different from a Vitamix home blender?

This is a commercial, NSF-listed machine with a 64 oz polycarbonate container and a 1-year warranty. Home Vitamix models add variable speed and longer warranties but are not rated for commercial service.

Does it have preset programs?

No. It has low, high and pulse only, controlled by a selector switch and an on/off switch. The six-program blending mentioned in some listings does not apply to this two-speed model.

What comes in the box?

The blender, a 64 oz (1.4 L) polycarbonate container, a lid and a tamper stick. No extra jars or blades are included.

When is the price lowest?

Commercial equipment sellers discount most around quiet periods and end-of-quarter sales. The only new price found is $367.86 at CKitchen.com as of November 5, 2026, so compare against that before buying.
