Is the Vizio MQX 50 worth it at $605?

It is a solid 50-inch quantum-dot TV, but $605.31 at Amazon as of November 3, 2026 is near its recent high. It is a better buy when it dips toward the lower end of its range.

Does the Vizio MQX 50 support 120 Hz or VRR for gaming?

No. The panel is 60 Hz and there is no variable refresh rate, so it suits casual and last-gen console play rather than competitive gaming.

What is in the box with the Vizio MQX 50?

You get the TV, a stand, a remote and a power cable. HDMI cables are not included, so plan to supply your own.

Does the Vizio MQX 50 work with Alexa and Google Assistant?

Yes. It supports both Google Assistant and Amazon Alexa for voice control, and it has Wi-Fi and Bluetooth built in.

How does the MQX 50 compare with the Vizio M-Series?

The MQX adds quantum-dot color over the standard M-Series, which gives wider, more saturated color. Both are 60 Hz LED sets, so the MQX is the better pick if color matters more than price.

When is the Vizio MQX 50 cheapest?

Vizio TVs typically drop during Black Friday, Cyber Monday and Super Bowl sales. Watch for prices below the current $605.31 at Amazon.
