Is the Wade Logan Aveya sectional worth it?

For a large room that needs lots of seating, it is a strong value at 4.3 out of 5 from 375 ratings. If you have a small space or want easy-clean upholstery, look elsewhere.

Can the chaise go on either side?

Yes. The corner is reversible, so you can set the chaise on the left or right when you assemble it. You can also rearrange the modular pieces later.

How much floor space does it need?

It measures 147 inches long and 95 inches deep, so plan for a room that can spare that footprint plus walking clearance. Check doorways and stair turns before delivery.

What is the upholstery and how do I clean it?

It is a dark gray linen-blend fabric over a wood frame. Vacuum it regularly and blot spills right away; avoid harsh cleaners that can fade or pill the weave.

Does it come assembled?

It ships as modular pieces that you connect on site, so expect some assembly. Keep the connectors tight and re-check them if sections start to shift.

When is the best time to buy it?

Sectionals like this usually drop during major holiday sales and end-of-season clearance. Compare the current price against its recent range before you commit.
