Is the Forbestown sectional worth it?

At $760 it is a low-cost way to get an L-shaped sofa with an ottoman. Expect mid-range comfort and fabric rather than long-term durability.

How does it compare with a sofa and separate chaise?

The sectional gives you the corner seat and ottoman in one purchase, usually for less than a comparable sofa plus chaise. A separate chaise is easier to move and rearrange.

Which fabric should I pick?

Chenille options feel softer and hide texture better; linen looks crisper but wrinkles and stains more visibly. Gray and dark gray are the safest for daily use.

It is a full L-shaped sectional, so measure your corner and doorway before ordering. The ottoman adds floor space in front of the longer side.

Does it come with the ottoman?

Yes, the ottoman is included with the sectional.

When is the price lowest?

The only recorded daily price is $760, on November 1, 2026. Watch for holiday and clearance sales, when upholstered sectionals usually drop.
