Questions and answers

Is the Aviana sectional worth $2,599?
At $2,599 at west elm as of November 5, 2026, you pay for a large curved performance-velvet sectional with a kiln-dried wood frame. It is a fair price for the size and fabric, but only if your room fits 121 x 92 inches.
Will it fit through my door and around corners?
It ships as two pieces, which helps, but the wedge piece alone is 92 inches long and 49 inches deep. Measure doorways, hallways and stair turns before ordering.
How does the distressed velvet hold up?
Performance distressed velvet is treated to resist spills and stains, and the distressed texture hides marks. Velvet still needs brushing and gentle cleaning, so avoid harsh solvents.
What is included in the two-piece set?
The set is a bench seat plus a wedge return, forming the 121-inch-wide curved sectional. Back cushions are loose and removable; seat cushions are not listed as removable.
Is it suitable for a commercial space?
West Elm lists commercial use as a top use case, and the kiln-dried frame and foam cores suit light contract use. Check the warranty terms for commercial settings before buying.
When is the best time to buy?
West Elm runs seasonal furniture promotions, often around holidays and long weekends. The only new price listed is $2,599 as of November 5, 2026, so watch for a sale rather than expecting a standing discount.
Where is the West Elm Aviana 2-Seat Bench 2-Piece Wedge Return Sofa Bench Sectional cheapest?
At west elm, for $2,599.00, as of our latest check.
