Yes, if you want a first cause-and-effect toy. Tapping a pad makes a sound, which suits 12–24 month olds better than a real keyboard.
Does it come with batteries?

How big is it?
It measures 15 x 7.1 x 2 inches and weighs 0.66 pounds, so it suits one child sitting or crawling on it.
