Does it need a hub for Wi-Fi?

No. Wi-Fi is built into the lock, so it connects to your router directly and works with Alexa and Google Home without a bridge.

Can I still use a key?

Yes. It has a keyed cylinder as well as the keypad and app, so you can get in with a physical key.

How long do the batteries last?

Yale rates the batteries for about a year, but owners report shorter life with heavy Wi-Fi and remote access use.

What is in the Norwood bundle?

The Assure Lock 2 keypad deadbolt plus a matching Norwood handle set in the chosen finish.

Is $294.00 a good price?

It is the only new price listed and sits at the top of its recent range, so waiting for a sale is reasonable.
