Is this bottle leakproof?

Zak Designs does not state a leakproof claim for this model. Treat it as a spill-resistant kids' bottle and test it with water before packing it in a bag with books or electronics.

Is it dishwasher safe?

Yes. It is top-rack dishwasher safe. Hand washing the lid parts is still a good idea to keep the seal and spout in shape.

Zak Designs recommends it for ages 3 and up. The 16-ounce size and light weight suit preschoolers and early grade-school kids.

Does it keep drinks cold?

No. It is single-wall BPA-free plastic with no insulation, so it does not keep drinks cold for hours and may sweat with ice water.

What is a fair price for it?

The best new price is $12.29 at Staples as of November 8, 2026. With only one store listing it new, expect little discounting; anything near that price is reasonable.

Can it go in a lunchbox?
