Questions and answers

When does The Startingate run sales?: The deepest markdowns land at the end of ski season, roughly March through April, when leftover jackets, skis and boots are cleared. Pre-season and holiday promotions are smaller and usually limited to select brands.
Is The Startingate the cheapest place to buy Aztech Mountain?: Not always. Specialty shops and end-of-season clearance elsewhere can undercut it on past-season Aztech Mountain pieces. Compare the current price against each store's price history before buying.
What is The Startingate best known for?: Premium ski jackets and pants, race-oriented skis, and high-end boots and bindings. It carries technical brands rather than entry-level gear, so expect full-price items to sit in the hundreds of dollars.
What is The Startingate's return policy?: Unused items with tags and original packaging can generally be returned within a set window, and ski boots or skis that have been mounted or used are usually excluded. Confirm the window and any restocking terms with the store before ordering.
Are there The Startingate coupon codes?: Deal.ai doesn't list The Startingate coupon codes. It checks The Startingate's prices against other stores, so the deals on this page are ones where The Startingate is actually cheaper, and each product's page shows what every store charges.
