Questions and answers
- When does Toyo run tire sales?
- Toyo's rebate promotions typically run in spring and fall, often as a prepaid card or Visa rebate on a set of four tires. Deals are usually handled through dealers and retailers rather than Toyo directly, so timing varies by store.
- Where is the cheapest place to buy Toyo tires?
- Warehouse clubs and large online retailers usually undercut dealer list prices, and installation is extra either way. Compare the out-the-door price with mounting, balancing and disposal fees included, since those can differ by $20 or more per tire.
- What are Toyo's best-known tires?
- The Proxes Sport and Proxes 4 Plus are its performance and all-season car tires, and the Open Country A/T III is its popular all-terrain truck tire. The Extensa HP2 is the value-oriented all-season option, and the Open Country R/T Pro sits between all-terrain and mud-terrain.
- What is Toyo's tire warranty?
- Toyo offers a limited treadwear warranty on many passenger and light-truck tires, commonly 50,000 to 65,000 miles depending on the model, plus a materials and workmanship warranty. The Open Country R/T Pro and other off-road tires often carry no mileage warranty. Keep rotation records, since claims require them.
- Can I return Toyo tires?
- Returns are handled by the retailer or dealer that sold the tire, not by Toyo, so the return window and restocking rules depend on where you bought it. Mounted tires are rarely returnable, though defects are covered under warranty.
