Which is better for a bright living room?

The C4. Its OLED evo panel with Brightness Booster holds up better against daylight than the standard OLED panel on the B6E. Neither has an anti-glare coating, so avoid direct window reflections on both.

Is the C4 worth about $384 more?

Yes if you want 10 more inches and a brighter panel. The B6E covers the same basics: 4K OLED, 120 Hz, Dolby Vision, Dolby Atmos and four HDMI ports.

Which is better for gaming?

Both are strong. Both run 120 Hz with G-Sync, and the B6E adds AMD FreeSync Premium and a 0.1ms response time. The C4's brighter panel helps in dark game scenes.

How far should I sit from each?

About 6 to 8 feet for the 55-inch B6E and 8 to 10 feet for the 65-inch C4. If your couch is more than 8 feet back, the C4's extra size matters more than the price gap.

The C4 has a clearer software commitment: five years of webOS updates through the Re:New program. LG does not publish panel lifespans for either model, so treat that as the main longevity difference.

Should I wait for a lower price?

The B6E hit $669.99 on October 29, 2026, and the C4 hit $649.99 on November 1, 2026, so both have sold for less. Check the price history before buying, especially around holiday sales.
