Questions and answers

Which is better for gaming, the C4 or the C6?
The C6 has the higher ceiling at 165Hz VRR, but the C4 is G-Sync certified and runs 144Hz with about 0.1 ms response. Both have four HDMI 2.1 ports, so either handles a PS5 or Xbox at 4K 120Hz.
Is the C6 worth about $150 more than the C4?
At $949.00 versus $795.00 on November 8, 2026, you pay for a newer 2026 panel, 165Hz and Dolby Atmos. If you mostly watch movies and stream, the C4 covers Dolby Vision and 120Hz for less.
Which has better sound?
The C6 lists Dolby Atmos; the C4's specs list no Atmos support. Neither replaces a soundbar for real bass, but the C6 handles height effects in Atmos content.
Which one should I buy if I watch in a bright room?
Neither has an anti-glare coating on the C4, and OLED black levels suffer with direct light. The C6 is the newer panel, but a bright room is a weak spot for both, so plan curtains or a dimmer setup.
How much have prices moved recently?
The C4 ranged from $630.43 on October 30 to $870.00 on November 6. The C6 ranged from $849.00 on November 6 to $1,029.99 on November 7. Both swing enough that a price alert is worth setting.
Do both run the same smart TV system?
Yes, both use LG's webOS with Netflix, YouTube, Disney+ and the free LG Channels. The C4 ships with webOS 24; the C6 is the 2026 model with the newer version.
