Which is better for a small bedroom?

The B5. Its 48-inch screen fits tighter spaces, and it costs $899.99 at Walmart as of November 4, 2026.

Is the G4 worth the extra $519?

If you want a 55-inch screen and a brighter OLED evo panel with the α11 processor, yes. If size and budget come first, the B5 is the better value.

Which is better for gaming?

The B5 lists four HDMI 2.1 ports with G-Sync, FreeSync Premium and VRR at 120 Hz. The G4 lists 120 Hz and four HDMI ports but no variable refresh details.

Which has the better picture?

The G4. Its OLED evo panel with Micro Lens Array is claimed to be 150% brighter than the B4 series, and the α11 processor handles upscaling.

Neither maker publishes a lifespan figure for these sets. OLED panels can dim over years of heavy use, and the G4's brighter panel works harder, so buy on warranty and price rather than lifespan claims.

Do both support Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos?

Both list Dolby Vision. Only the B5 lists Dolby Atmos; the G4 listing does not mention it.
