Is the Gikpal 50lbs set worth it?

At $139.99 at Walmart as of November 3, 2026, it is a cheap way to get a pair of metal-plate dumbbells and a rack. It suits light to moderate training, not heavy pressing or rows.

Is 50 lbs per dumbbell or for the pair?

The 50 lbs refers to the set of two, so each dumbbell tops out around 25 lbs including the handle and collars. Check the listing's per-dumbbell weight before buying if you need heavier loads.

How does it compare with dial-adjustable dumbbells?

Dial and selector-pin sets change weight in seconds but cost several times more. The Gikpal uses spin collars and loose plates, which is slower but much cheaper.

What comes in the box?

You get two dumbbell handles, the metal plates, locking collars and the storage rack. Confirm the plate breakdown in the listing, since sets at this price sometimes split the weight unevenly.

Only one new price, $139.99 at Walmart as of November 3, 2026, is tracked, so there is no recent range to compare against. Watch for holiday sales, when budget weight sets usually dip.
