Is the Schupple rug worth $1,449.99?

Only if you want a hand-made wool accent rug and the floral pattern fits your room. At 24 by 36 inches, the price per square foot is very high, and only one new price is listed, so there is no cheaper new option to compare.

What size is it, and where does it fit?

It measures 24 by 36 inches, roughly 2 by 3 feet. That suits a bedside, a chair front or a small entry, not a living room or dining area.

Is the pile too thick for doors?

At 0.62 inches (5/8 inch), it can catch on low-clearance doors. Measure your door gap before placing it in a doorway.

How should I clean a wool rug like this?

Vacuum gently without a beater bar, blot spills right away and use a wool-safe cleaner. For deeper cleaning, a professional rug cleaner is the safe choice.

New wool rugs often shed loose fibers for the first few weeks. Regular gentle vacuuming reduces it, and shedding usually settles with use.

When is the best time to buy?

Rug prices often drop during seasonal sales and holiday events. With only one new price listed, watch for markdowns rather than expecting a store-to-store comparison.

About the Lark Manor Schupple Wool Floral Rug

The Schupple is a hand-woven, hand-tufted wool and cotton rug from Lark Manor, sized 24 by 36 inches with a 0.62-inch pile. The floral pattern and thick, plush pile suit a bedside, reading nook or entry spot rather than a busy hallway. It is a small accent piece at a premium price: $1,449.99 at Wayfair as of November 4, 2026, the only new price listed. That is high for a 2-by-3-foot rug, so buy it for the look and hand-made construction, not for value per square foot.
