Is the Costway Smart 2.25HP Folding Treadmill worth it?

For walking and light jogging at home, it covers the basics at $279.99 at Best Buy as of November 5, 2026. If you plan to run regularly, a stronger motor and sturdier deck are worth the extra money.

Can you run on a 2.25HP treadmill?

Light jogging is realistic, but sustained running puts strain on a 2.25HP motor. Most owners use this class of treadmill for walking and intervals.

How much space does it need when folded?

The deck folds up to reduce its footprint, but check the folded dimensions before buying. It still needs clearance at the rear for the folded deck.

Does it come with a heart rate monitor?

When is the best time to buy it?

The best new price was $279.99 at Best Buy as of November 5, 2026, with only 2 stores listing it new. With so few sellers, watch for seasonal sales rather than expecting deep discounts.
