Is the 150 lb stack enough?

It is enough for most beginners and intermediate lifters on curls, pulldowns and rows. Heavy chest press and lat work will outgrow it quickly for stronger users, since the stack tops out at 150 lb with no add-on plates.

How much space does it need?

It is a full-height single-station machine, so plan for roughly the footprint of a power rack plus clearance for the leg developer and preacher pad. Measure your ceiling and floor space before ordering.

How hard is assembly?

It ships in four packages with instructions and support. Budget several hours and two people, and check the cable routing and all bolts before loading the stack.

Is $429.39 a good price?

It is the best new price found, at eBay as of November 5, 2026, and only two stores list it new. With so few sellers, compare shipping cost and return terms before buying.

Can two people use it at once?

No. It is a single weight stack, so only one user at a time. The adjustability mainly helps different users switch settings between sets.

About the GAOMON Home Gym Machine with 150 Lbs Weight Stack

The GAOMON Home Gym Machine is a single-station cable machine with a 150 lb selectorized weight stack (9 plates plus a 10 lb top plate) and stations for chest press, butterfly, lat pulldown, low row, preacher curl, leg extension and leg developer. Its adjustability is the main draw: a 3-level seat, 6-level arm pads, 6-level leg pedal, 5-position back pad and 4-level butterfly arms let several people share one frame. The best new price is $429.39 at eBay as of November 5, 2026, with two stores listing it new. That is a low price for a machine with a built-in stack, so expect a lighter-duty build than commercial-style stacks.
