Is this towel set worth $29.99?

At about $5 per piece, yes, if you want basic cotton towels that will take hard use. Skip it if you expect hotel-weight plushness.

What sizes are in the six-piece set?

A standard Basics six-piece set pairs two bath towels with two hand towels and two washcloths. Check the listing's dimensions before ordering, since sizes vary by set.

How does 520 GSM feel?

Midweight. It is absorbent and dries faster than 600+ GSM towels, but it will not feel thick or fluffy.

Will these towels shrink or bleed color?

All-cotton towels usually shrink some in the first hot wash. Wash dark colors separately the first time to catch any dye release.

When is the best time to buy?

Wayfair discounts Basics bedding and bath during seasonal sales. At $29.99 the set is already near the bottom of its range, so waiting saves little.

It checks today's price at every store, compares the alternatives and answers in about a minute.

Midweight cotton feels thinner than 600+ GSM luxury towels
Basics-line cotton is not combed or long-staple, so it may pill or shed lint early on
Only one store, Wayfair, prices it new, so there is no price competition
Color choices can sell out, leaving fewer options at the low price
