About the MLILY Ego 14 inch Mattress
The MLILY Ego is a 14-inch gel memory foam mattress sold in a Twin XL size (38 by 80 inches), a length that fits dorm and adjustable-bed frames. The gel infusion is meant to pull heat away from the foam, and the 14-inch profile gives it a deep, plush feel. At $220.07 at Walmart as of November 4, 2026, it sits at the low end of what a 14-inch gel foam mattress usually costs.
