Is the MLILY 6-inch twin worth it?

For a bunk bed, trundle or guest room, yes. It costs $199.07 at eBay as of November 4, 2026, and the thin profile is the point. As an adult's everyday mattress, spend more on a thicker model.

It is on the firm side for memory foam because there is only 6 inches of foam. Lighter sleepers feel cushioning; heavier adults feel the base underneath.

Does it work in a bunk bed?

Yes. At 6 inches it stays well below most bunk rails, and the 75-by-38-inch twin size fits standard twin bunk frames.

How long does it take to expand?

Most compressed foam mattresses reach full height within 24 to 72 hours. Give it a day before judging firmness.

Standard twin sheets fit the 38-by-75-inch surface. Deep-pocket sheets will be loose on a 6-inch mattress; standard or low-profile pockets fit better.

Only one store, eBay, lists it new at $199.07 as of November 4, 2026, so there is little price competition. Watch for site-wide eBay coupons rather than waiting on a mattress-specific sale.

Our take on the MLILY 6 Inch Twin Memory Foam Mattress

This is a 6-inch memory foam mattress in twin size, 75 by 38 inches, from MLILY, a brand known for budget memory foam. The thin profile suits bunk beds, trundles, daybeds and guest rooms where a standard 10-inch mattress would sit too high. It is a basic one-layer foam build, not a hybrid or a multi-zone design. The best new price is $199.07 at eBay as of November 4, 2026, and only one store lists it new, so there is no meaningful recent price range to compare against.
