Is 16 outlets safe on one extension cord?

Only if the total load stays within the cord's amp rating, typically 15A on a 125V US strip. Add up what you plug in and keep high-draw appliances like heaters and hair dryers off it.

How fast is the USB-C port?

It delivers 20W, enough for a phone or small tablet at moderate speed. It won't fast-charge a laptop or match a 45W or 65W charger.

How long are the cords, and do both sides reach the wall?

The twin cords total 12 feet and split to two sides, so you get roughly 6 feet per side from a single plug. Measure from your wall outlet to each end before buying.

Does it have surge protection?

The listing does not state surge protection. Treat it as a plain extension strip and use a separate surge protector for TVs, computers and other expensive gear.

Is $30.99 a good price?

It is the only new price listed as of November 4, 2026, so there is no range to judge it against. Compare it to 12-outlet strips with USB-C, which often sell for $25 to $35.
