Our take on the 32.8ft Dimmable Tunable White COB LED Strip Under Cabinet Lights

A 32.8 ft corded COB LED strip for under-cabinet and accent lighting, tunable from warm to cool white and dimmable. COB construction gives a continuous, dot-free light line, which is the main reason to pick it over standard SMD strips. The listing shows 120 V input, a 1 ft cord and plastic housing; brightness is listed at 100 lm, which is low for a strip this length, so treat the figure with caution. No price was provided, so there is no current best-price comparison to make.

Questions and answers

Is this strip bright enough for kitchen counters?
The listing states 100 lm, which is low for under-cabinet task light. Expect it to work as accent or ambient light rather than a primary work light.
Can I cut it to length?
COB strips are usually cut at marked points, but the listing does not state cut intervals. Check the strip's printed marks before cutting, and note that cut sections usually cannot be rejoined without connectors.
Does it need a separate dimmer or app?
It is described as dimmable and tunable, but the listing does not name a remote, app or wall dimmer. Confirm which control is included before buying.
Is it safe to install near a sink?
It is listed for residential use with plastic housing and no NRTL listing shown. Keep it away from splashing water and use a GFCI-protected outlet in a kitchen.
What comes in the box?
The listing does not detail the contents. Expect the strip and a power connection; check for mounting clips, connectors and a controller before ordering.
