Is the 5th Wheel 14-inch e-bike worth it?

It packs hydraulic brakes, a 900W peak motor, and a 7-speed drivetrain into a folding frame at a budget price. If you need folding and can live with 74 lbs, it is a reasonable value; if you need to carry it often, look at lighter folders.

How fast does it go and how far on a charge?

It is capped at 20 MPH. The 60-mile range is a best case; expect noticeably less with throttle use, hills, and a heavy rider.

Can it fit in a car trunk or carry a heavy rider?

The folding frame helps it fit in a trunk or closet, but at 74 lbs two people may be needed. It is rated for riders and cargo up to 330 lbs.

What brakes and gearing does it have?

Hydraulic disc brakes front and rear, plus a 7-speed derailleur drivetrain so you can pedal normally or add assist.

What comes in the box?

Typically the bike, battery, charger, pedals, and basic tools; check the listing for included accessories like a rack or lights before buying.

Our take on the 5th Wheel 14-inch Electric Bike for Adults

The 5th Wheel 14-inch is a folding aluminum e-bike with 26-inch wheels, a 900W peak motor, and a 48V 13Ah battery rated for up to 60 miles. It tops out at 20 MPH, carries up to 330 lbs, and uses hydraulic brakes and a 7-speed derailleur. At 74 lbs it is heavy to lift, so the fold helps with storage and car trunks more than stairs.
