Is the Agri-Fab 30 in. sweeper worth it?

For large lawns with heavy dry leaf fall, yes. It covers ground much faster than raking and the 25 cu. ft. bag limits emptying stops. On small yards or mostly wet leaves, a blower or mulching mower may serve better.

What can tow this lawn sweeper?

It hitches to most riding mowers, garden tractors and ATVs. The off-set hitch is included. Keep towing speed at 3-4 MPH; the 6 MPH maximum risks stripping the gear teeth.

Does it work on wet leaves?

Poorly. Wet or matted leaves tend to clog the brushes and ball up in the bag. Sweep when leaves are dry for the best results.

How big is the bag and how often do I empty it?

The fabric hopper holds 25 cu. ft. On a heavy leaf drop you may empty it several times per pass over a large yard, but far less often than raking.

How much assembly does it need?

It ships mostly unassembled and takes roughly an hour to put together with basic hand tools. The preset brush height holes make adjustment straightforward once built.

Fall leaf-cleanup season is peak demand, so prices tend to be lowest in late winter and early spring. Check the price history before buying.
