Is the Care Taker worth it over a more expensive blind?

At $93.09 at The Home Depot as of November 5, 2026, it covers the basics: two-person space, shoot-through mesh and a dark interior. Pricier blinds add a skirt, quieter fabric or easier hubs. If you hunt from a brushed-in spot, this one is enough.

How many people fit in it?

It is rated for two people at 55 inches square and 66 inches tall. Two adults with bows or rifles fit, but it is snug with gear.

Does it come with a carry bag and stakes?

Yes. It ships with a carry bag, tie-downs and stakes. There is no skirt, so plan on adding brush or extra cover at the base.

Can you shoot through the mesh windows?

Yes, the windows use shoot-through mesh. Many hunters cut or pin the mesh open for rifle shots and leave it up for archery.

Ground blinds usually drop in late summer and early fall, before bow season. The current $93.09 at The Home Depot is already near the bottom of its recent range.
