Our take on the Animal Train

The LEGO DUPLO My First Animal Train (set 10412) is a 19-piece toddler building set for ages 18 months and up. Kids build a small train with animal figures, including a rooster with a flexible neck, and two extra bricks add free-building options. The big DUPLO pieces are made for small hands and tactile play. At $8.47 at Fishpond.com as of November 4, 2026, it sits at the low end for a set this size, and five stores carry it new.
