Questions and answers

Is this shade truly room darkening?
It blocks most outside light, but the fabric is not fully opaque. Expect a dim room rather than total blackout, especially at the edges.
Does the cordless lift work on a 72-inch drop?
Yes, but the spring tension has to carry more fabric at this height. Some owners find it stiff to raise fully.
What sizes does the Arlo Blinds Roman shade come in?
This listing is 34 inches wide by 72 inches high. Arlo Blinds offers other widths and drops in the same line, so measure your window before ordering.
Is it hard to install?
It uses standard bracket mounting and most buyers manage it with a drill and a level. Getting the brackets square matters most for smooth operation.
Is $53.28 a good price?
It is the only new price listed, $53.28 at Overstock as of November 7, 2026, so there is no recent range to judge it against. Compare it with other 34 by 72 room-darkening shades before buying.
Is it safe for a child's room?
Yes. The cordless lift removes hanging cords, which is the main safety concern with Roman shades.
