Questions and answers

Is the BalanceFrom kettlebell set worth it for a beginner?
Yes, if you are new to kettlebells and want light weights for swings, squats and carries. The 5, 10 and 15 pound sizes let you start easy and step up. Experienced lifters will outgrow it fast.
What is included in the 45-pound set?
You get three kettlebells: 5, 10 and 15 pounds, 30 pounds of actual weight. The 45-pound figure refers to the shipping weight, not the total you lift.
Can I use these kettlebells on hardwood floors?
The vinyl coating is softer than bare cast iron and helps protect floors from scuffs. Set them down gently, since dropped weights can still dent wood.
How does this set compare with a single adjustable kettlebell?
An adjustable kettlebell reaches heavier weights in one footprint but costs more and takes time to change. This set is cheaper and ready to grab, but tops out at 15 pounds.
When is the best time to buy this set?
Fitness sets often dip during New Year and back-to-school sales. The current best new price is $40.49 at Best Buy as of November 5, 2026, across 5 stores.
Where is the BalanceFrom Wide Grip Kettlebell Fitness Exercise Weights 5 10 and 15 Pounds cheapest?
