- How tall is the tree, and what ceiling height does it need?
- It stands 12 feet tall, so it needs a room with roughly 13 feet of clearance to fit a topper. That puts it in two-story foyers and vaulted living rooms.
- Is it wide or narrow?
- It is a pencil tree, so the base is narrow compared with a full 12-foot tree. That is what lets it fit hallways and corners, but it also means fewer branch tips and visible gaps.
- Does it come with lights?
- Yes, it is pre-lit, so the lights are built in. Check the bulb type and spare fuses before the season, since replacing bulbs on a tall tree is awkward.
- How many people does setup take?
- Plan on two. A 12-foot tree is tall and heavy, and lifting the sections into place is hard to do alone.
- Is $189.99 a good price?
- It is the only new price found, $189.99 at Shop Simon as of November 7, 2026. There is no recent range to compare against, so judge it against other 12-foot pre-lit pencil trees.
- Can it be used outdoors?
- It is built for indoor display. PVC and pre-strung lights are not made for rain or wind, so keep it inside or on a covered porch.
- Where is the Best Choice Products Pre-Lit White Pencil 12ft cheapest?
- At Shop Simon, for $189.99, as of our latest check.
