Is this blower cordless or corded?

It is cordless and runs on a 40V battery. The listing text also mentions corded electric and 120V, so confirm the battery and charger are included before buying.

How much does the mulching feature actually help?

The 16:1 ratio means roughly 16 bags of loose leaves compress into about one bag of mulch. That cuts bag changes and makes yard waste easier to bag or compost.

What comes in the box?

The kit lists a bag, backpack bag, blow tube and vac tube. Check the listing for battery and charger inclusion, since those are often sold separately.

Is it too heavy for one person to use?

At 15.3 lb it is on the heavy side. The backpack design helps, but plan shorter sessions if you have back or shoulder issues.
