Will this jar fit my Blendtec blender?

It fits full-size Blendtec bases such as the Designer, Total Blender and Professional series. It does not fit the smaller Blendtec Fit or Go models.

Is the WildSide jar better than the FourSide jar?

The WildSide's five-sided shape and wider blade make it better for thick mixes and full loads. The FourSide jar is smaller and some owners prefer it for smaller batches and dry grinding.

Can I put the jar in the dishwasher?

Blendtec recommends hand washing the jar to keep the plastic clear and avoid heat damage. The lid is also best washed by hand.

What comes in the two-pack?

You get two 90 oz WildSide jars with soft black lids. No blade assembly beyond what is built into each jar, and no blender base.

Does it come with a blade?

Yes. Each jar includes the 4-inch wingtip blade already fitted. The jars attach to a Blendtec base, which is sold separately.

Our take on the Blendtec 40-710-09 WildSide Blender Container, 90 oz, 2 Pack

This is a two-pack of Blendtec's WildSide jar, the 90 oz container sold with most Blendtec high-end blenders. The five-sided shape and 4-inch wingtip blade create a vortex that pulls thick mixes down without a tamper. It fits Blendtec full-size bases, not the smaller Fit or Go models. The two-pack suits households that blend daily and want a spare jar or a second one for dry and wet jobs.
